Reminders for Dates not Days of the week/month

I am trying to create Calendar reminders for specific days of the month, such
as Jan 25, Jan 30, Feb 1, etc.

The Outlook reoccurance tool seem to only allows day (mon, tues, etc.)
reminders, and not specific date reminders.

Does anyone know if this can be done in Outlook, and if so, how its done?

In Recurrence have you tried to first select "Monthly" ?

That would be a "Yearly".

Create one item and then use right click drag and drop to drop it on other
days in the date navigator.
