reminders in other users calendars

I have a secretary that wants to get her boss's meeting reminders to show in
her own Outlook. Is there any way to do that?

Dear Daniel,

she still have access to the chief calendar, so you have Exchange Server?

Outlook does not support reminders from not default folders but you can use
this 3rd party tool:
