Reminders sent to other users

Hey all,

I had a question from a user of our exchange 2003 server
today. She is an administrative assistant to one of the
deans at our university, and she would like to receive
reminder popups for events on her dean's calendar. Is
there any way this is possible, besides making her an
attendee of all his events?
