Reminders that keep recurring - OUtlook 2007

I have an appointment that was deleted. However, the reminder keeps popping
up...but I am not able to dismiss the reminder as the appointment can not be
found.

I also attempted to run the cleanreminders switch, but the instructions that
were detailed were not effective for 2007 as the command could not be
recognized.

To use that switch try this...

In the Start Menu's Run command box enter the following text with a space
between EXE and / then hit the Enter key:
Outlook.EXE /cleanreminders

Thank you for your help. However, this did not solve the issue. The
reminder continues to pop up.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Hmmm, you can try running ScanPST.EXE on your PST file.

I could not get the scan to work on the PST file. Actually, I could not find
a PST.

Are you connecting to an Exchange Server? Alternately, what OS is on your
machine?

Sorry, I have been out of the office.

I am running soley on a laptop..I am not sure if that means I am on an
Exchange server, or not. As you can tell, I am not a technical wiz.

I am using Microsoft XP Professional as my OS.

I have the same issue. I was able to run both Scanpst and scanost. Both
found errors and repaired the files, but did not fix the problem. We've
recently migrated from Lotus Notes 6 to Outlook 2007, and that's when the
problem started.

Any other suggestions?
