At the office is a server with MS 2000 server and Outlook
allowing me remote access to my e-mail account through a
web browser.
At home I recently replaced the old computer w. 56kb
connection to one running Windows XP, Explorer vs.6 w.
broadband (500kb). I'd expected the remote access thus to
be lightning fast, but the reverse is true. It is slower
than ever. Between commands (e.g opening e-mails,
searching for an address) it takes minutes to pop up the
next screen.
Could any of my settings be incorrect?
Cheers
