Remote connection to bcm

I have sharing rights to the database but cannot connect. When I select the
database and put in the remote computer name it tells me it cannot be
located. Not sure what to do.

Which BCM? Which Outlook? Are both of them the same version? Are both
computers on the same physical or wireless network? Can you ping the
other computer? Is the firewall disabled or configured for BCM ports on
the host computer?
