"Remote Web Site" pane not showing proper case of items

My web server is a plane-Jane UNIX therefore the cApiTALizATIon is important ... found that out the hard way. So I've gone through my site and tried to make everything lower case but I know I have a few lingering upper/lower case files existing. When I go to post my web site using FP's built in "Publish Web Site" feature, the right pane, the "Remote Web Site" still shows the older view when items were in propercase, e.g. HouseOfAlmonds.htm is really houseofalmonds.htm even after I do a full "Local to remote" and "Synchronize". Any ideas? Thanks!

Delete all temporary internet files, delete all ".web" files (search for
*.web), Delete contents of "frontpagetempdir". Also recalculate hyperlinks
on the server.

It's probably cached information you are seeing, as FP does a lot of that
and will honor the case of what is on the server.
