I would like to tell the powers that be, to warn people
that this is a public newsgroup and posts may show up on
web searches, who do I contact. My problem is I posted
my web address a couple of times, and now I am going to
look like an idiot to prospective customers.

you mean from newgroups like this? - you can't - they
are a part of your legacy. I still find some of my posts
from 5 years ago floating around the ether.

Like you were told, your posts cannot be removed. You are now part of
history and the future...email address and all.

Forever and ever.

Posts propogate to many, many different news servers and search engines.

Good Luck, since where ever you found to submit a complain, can only take care of post that are
hosted on their servers, and MS newsgroup are carried on many ISP worldwide, as well as archived in
Google Groups, such as:

Yes, I have seen that link. I use Google Groups when I want to get a complete count of posting for
myself or someone else.

Why is that going to make you look bad to prospective customers??
I would think that folks who need your services won't be searching FrontPage related info.
Those that are searching for FrontPage related info most likely won't need your services.
