Is there any way to remove previous posts that I created, which are of no use
any longer or do not have any valid information associated with it?

Judy,
Not that I'm aware of.
If you solve a problem yourself, you can always post that fact onto the thread, to stop
any further replies.
Or, if after a few days, you need to repost, return to the original, and let folks
know.
Otherwise... "Old questions never die... they just fade away." :-D

Your posts have been copied to thousands of "news servers" all over the world,
into Google Groups archives, onto tens of thousands of newsreaders... so, no.

If you want to *remove them from view* so YOU don't have to see them, there
are options on Microsoft's webpage to do so; or, better, you can get a good
"newsreader" program. Outlook Express comes with your installation of Internet
Explorer, or you can download free or for-pay newsreaders such as Free Agent
(www.forteinc.com) to get very good control over which messages you keep,
which you discard, and which you see.
