Remove a Microsoft Outlook Add-in

I've been running office 2003 on my thinkpad until I decided to try out
the new office 2007 beta. I really like the new outlook, it is capable
of retrieving email way faster from hotmail than any previous versions,
but I get a error message every time i start outlook:

"The Add-in C:/program files................. dll" cannot be loaded and
has disabled by outlook. If no updates available, please uninstall the
Add-in.

The add-in is motorola phonetools address book, which i never use. I
don't mind taking it off the machine so that outlook 2007 can start
error free, but i can't seem to find a way to do that. please help,
