Remove "Add or Remove Buttons" from a custom menubar

I have created a Custom Toolbar in my Access 2002
application with one button on it. Next to it on the
right, is a drop down arrow. I wanted to know how I can
remove the drop down arrow that has the "Add or Remove
Buttons" option? If I click on the drop down arrow, I get
a grayed out "Customize" option.
