Remove all numbers

Gee...

How do I remove all the numbers from a column, and leave
the letters?
Thank you for your help.

Hi Gee

is your data like this and you want
2
cat cat
13

or
2 cat cat
cat 5 cat


ie are the numbers & text in separate cells, if so you can select the column
and then choose edit / goto special / constants - leave only the numbers box
ticked, choose Ok & then press the delete key on the keyboard

if they're mixed numbers /text, please copy & paste a sample of your data
for us to look at
