Remove all toolbars

I am creating a small application for distribution. I want to remove all
toolbars and then create an mde file. How can I remove ALL toolbars? I am
using Access 2003.

Toold + StartUp
Uncheck the various Menu and Tool Bar check boxes .

NOTE: After you close and re-open the database, the menu/tool bars
will be gone (except for a very minimal File, Window and Help menu
items).
*** The only way to get back to full menus is to hold the Shift Key
down when opening the database. ***
