Remove calendar from personal folder in Outlook

S

Scot

Within my pesonal folders, there are additoinal calendars that were created.
I cannot delete them. It is causing me to have 3 calendars to manage. Is
there a way to have only my original as my default and deleting the others.
I have rules setup to move e-mails into the personal folders, so any meeting
automatically is created in the personal folders.

Thanks in advace for your help!

No it does not. The Delete opetion is greyed out.

What is the folder's name and how did you create it? In what data store
does it reside?

I created the folder using the New/Outlookdata file. They are .pst files
named Personal Folders1 and Personal Folders2

If you gave the folders names matching the default folder names (i.e.,
"Calendar", "Contacts", etc.) then you will not be able to delete them.
Outlook will not allow you to delete folders with those names.

If the folder is really a PST then right click on the folder and then close.

The folder is NOT a PST, it is a default-named folder in a PST. Didn't you
read the OP's messages?
