Remove Colour from Colour Palette

A

Anita

I've added an extra colour to my colour palette, so when I click the font
button I get the standard 8 colours plus another one underneath. How can I
remove it?

I'm using v XP.

Thanks

Anita,

the second row beneath the 8 standard colors always shows the 8 colors you
used last. You cannot delete one of them.

But you could replace them by 8 shades of white, if you want the user to see
only the 8 standard colors. Draw a rectangle on your slide and fill it with
the RGB color R=255, G=255, B=255, which is pure white, press OK to apply.
Re-open the fill color dialog and use R=254, G=255, B=255. This appears to
be white, too, but is a slightly different shade. Repeat this with slightly
different shades of white until you see 8 "white" boxes in the second row.
Delete the rectangle.

Kind regards,
Ute

That is a great tip.
I'm working with office 2004 for mac. Is there a similar process to remove
the colours.
