Remove dup entries in 2 columns 70,000+

I need to remove duplicates in 2 columns with 70,000+ cells. I cannot combine
into one column because excel doesn't allow me to do so. I need something
that will work in a timely fashion.

Data, filter, advanced filter, copy to another location, unique entries only?
