Remove duplicate data

I want to remove data that is already contained in the adjoining cells of a worksheet.
Any help would be appreciated.

Without a more extensive description of your data, but the first thing
I'd suggest is take a look at Advanced Filter in XL Help - use the
unique values option to filter in-place or move the data to another
location.
