remove e-mail headers from a sent excel spreedsheet

I sent a saved spreedsheet from excell and now I don't know how to remove the
e-mail headers from the spreedsheet.

Hi NJackson

Click again on the E-Mail button on the toolbar(it is a toggle button)
Then save the file
