Remove From Field from Outlook Replies

My from "Field" in Outlook is always filled in with my name only on replies.
I must remove my name or I cannot send the reply. Unchecking the Show From
Filed in view will remove the from filed for that email, but all other
replies to other emails will show up with the From field filled in with my
name.
