Remove Genuine Advantage folder prior to new install?

I have uninstalled Office 2007 standard (moved to new computer) and am
about to install the Home edition. The uninstall of Standard did not
remove the Genuine Advantage folder.

To avoid install problems on the Home edition, should I remove the
Genuine Advantage folder, or let it stay?

And where would this folder be (GA)? I don't see it on 3 different PC's
(WinXP / Vista /Win 7)
