Remove Global template lock

We are using MS project 2003 server & Prfessional 2003. While Global Template
was checked out, Machine(PC) was abruptly hanged. Now we are not able to open
the Global Template & it gives the message "Enterprise Global File Cannot be
Checked out. You Can not checkout Enterprie Global as it is already checked
out to <project server user name>.
