Remove Header Status column in Outlook 2003 Inbox

Hello,

For some of our users (and all connect to an Exchange 2000 server), they're
seeing a Header Status field in the Outlook 2003 inbox view. We can remove
this field, however, once we restart outlook (or simply change between
folder) this field re-appears. I've been searching and have seen others
asking about the same thing but haven't found an explanation or resolution
yet. Does anyone know if this can be removed... and what may have caused it
to suddenly appear?

(Now I do have that field in my Outlook view, but, honestly never noticed if
it has always been there or recently appeared. But I can't remove it from my
view either)
