Remove last page

By deleting some material in a document I ended up with a blank page at the
end of the document. I am not able to remove or delete the blank page. Help,
please.

Thank you for the excellent tutorial on a "blank page". It is wonderful that
there are people like you who dig into things and are willing to share their
