Remove NULL value when import EXCEL to ACCESS

I want to import a EXCEL file to ACCESS. But I have problem with the NON
NULL value in Access.

The field in Access is set to "allow empty string" and "Must have value". So
how can I set the empty/NULL cell in EXCEL to "empty sting" so that I can
import the data successfully?

Since the import task is a daily job, I want to have a simply way to do so.
And I don't know programming in EXCEL and ACCESS.
