remove object on click and run hyperlink

In Powerpoint 2003 how do I remove (or change font settings) on an object and
then still run the hyperlink of that object to a new slide. I need to remove
the object (or change it in some way) so when the slide is reshown from
another hyperlink later in the slide show the object no longer appears.

One Way: Set up an exit animation for the object, then set that animation to
be triggered by a click on itself. (Triggers are set up by right clicking
the animation and then selecting "Timing". Click the triggers button, then
select the radio button for "Triggered by a click of" and select the shape
itself from the drop down list.)

Since you always return to a slide at the same point in the animation
sequence where you left it (usually the end, but in this case not
necessarily), returning to the slide should show the slide with out the
object.

(If you need more information on triggers, let us know...)
