Remove Office 2007 Pro and install on a new machine?

I recently installed of 2007 Pro and downloaded SP1. Excel and Word run very
slow. I suspect it is because of my old CPU (3.9MH). I would like to
upgrade to a new machine and install Office 2007 Pro on. I would first
uninstall (remove) it from my current machine but do not know how to conform
to the license agreement and install it on the new machine.
I have the student addition which I know will load on multiple machines but
I need Access and Outlook so I need the Pro version on one machine.

Any help would be appreciated.

If its a retail version, as apposed to OEM, simply uninstall & reinstall on
the new. Use phone activation if on line fails
