company?
Fabrice BARBIN said:Open Options > Contacts Manager menu.
Then select your former colleagues ID and click on the Hide button.
These contacts will not be listed anymore in your list the next time you
will look for a contact (to send a message or an invitation)

Rox said:Thanks for that but since the users are no longer with the company and
aren't
planning on returning I was hoping to get them deleted permanently. I
also
have users that lost their original profiles and they created another
profile
with the same name so I would like to clean up the old profiles.
Since it is on a Microsoft server I suppose they would have to do the
clean-up process.

Fabrice BARBIN said:Well, if you have conflicts with some identities (several time the same ID :
identities are red colored) you will have to resolve these conflicts. You
need to find the right ID and create an alias on the former one ( <id>-old
for example). It will fix the conflicts.
Then hide unused ID using the method I described.
I do not know another way to hide former IDs.

Is there any one I can contact and have them "clean up" the accounts? I'm

Can you explain what you mean by they are only stored on Microsoft servers?
Are you talking about Groove contacts in your local Groove Client account or
are you referring to Groove accounts stored on the Management Server in a
Groove Domain?

Gregg Johnston said:Hi Rox,
Actually, all account and account data is stored locally on the computer.
The relay Server just relays data from one source to another – it does not
permanently store data. If you do not want to see contacts from old
accounts, you will need to open up Options > Contact Manager and select to
Hide those contacts.

They aren't in my contacts list and they aren't on existing employees
contacts lists. The names appear when we browse for new employees to add
them to our contacts list. So where are the names stored if not on the relay
servers? Someone has to be maintaining them.
