Remove old projects

Is there a way to keep resources from creating a new task on a
completed project? We mark projects with a completed status and
change the booking type from 'committed' to 'proposed' so that the
task no longer show up on the resources' task lists after the project
is completed. However, if the resource goes to "Create a new task",
the project still shows up in the drop down list. Is there any way to
prevent this so we don't need to reject tasks when they accidentally
pick the wrong project?

Radar,

I don't think there is any way to achieve that. The only solution I could
think of is that you turn of the 'New Task' feature completely in PWA Server
Configuration. However, if your user do need to create new tasks from PWA
for projects, this is not an option.
