remove outlook as default email for outgoing attachments

I don't want outlook to open when I select send to email recipient. I went
to Tools and Internet Options Programs, but Google is not on there neither is
Yahoo and thats what I want to use.

I would suspect that niether Google or Yahoo are an email Client but simply
a web mail client, see their help pages

To use the option to send mail requires a MAPI client, not a webmail client.
