Remove pops upon opening any DBs

Since our company upgraded to XP I am getting a bunch of pop up boxes with
warnings ie. "Security Warning unsafe expressions are not blocked, do you
want to block unsafe expressions?" I click yes, then get "Your account is not
authorized to change this registry setting, contact administrator. I click
OK, then another box something about MS Jet 4.0 Service PAck 8, I click Yes,
then another security warning where I can actually open my file from.

How can I avoid all of these pop ups and just open my DB?
