Remove Presentation Design - 2000

Could someone please advise how you can remove a
presentation design to return to the blank template on
2000 without having to create a new blank file and insert
the slide from the file?

Look here to create your own blank template:
http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00245.htm

After that, from within Powerpoint, click on format, apply
design template, and browse to select the blank
presentation.pot file.
