We just converted from Outlook 2000 to Outlook XP, and now all my e-mails include both the individual's name and e-mail address in the "to" window
Can I change the "display as" format in all my contacts so only a name shows in the "to" portion of e-mails? I have approx. 2,000 contacts and am hoping there's a way to change them all at the same time, rather than individually
Would appreciate any assistance with this
