I have tried every attempt to remove the red lines that appear underneath my
typed text when trying to type a message. I went to tool than clicked
options and follow the instruction, but it did not help. Please tell me how
to remove those lines from my text Thank you (helpless at this point.)

When you ask about a program, state the version. I'll assume Office
2003.
Tools > Options > Spelling & Grammear tab> check the box next to, Hide
spelling errors in this document
Are you saying this doesn't work?

A red waveline under the text is what you get from auto spellcheck. You
already had the instructions for that.

A straight line probably means you have enabled the "track changes"
option. When you delete something with this option enabled, deleted text
gets an overstrike instead of disappearing.
Press ctrl+shift+E to toggle tracking of changes.
