Can someone please explain how I cam remove the slack from the milestones? I am using project 2013. As part of my assessment I need to identify the slack on tasks, but it is also showing one the milestones. These milestones are associated to groups tasks which do not have any slack. As a matter of fact, one of the milestones is associated with a number of tasks which are all included in the critical path and Project is calculating the slack on this milestone.
