Remove submitted by when email a form

Hello,
I am using Sharepoint 2007 with Infopath 2007. i have designed a form,
basically a suggestion box. What it does is email the form to a certain
person once the submit button is hit. Waht it's doing is putting who
submitted it right above the form. Does anyone know how to get rid of this?
I would like this to be anonymous.

Did you try to go into Tools > Form Options and remove the header from
displaying on the form?

Thanks for the response. I stepped though the form options in my form, and
didn't see where to remove the header. Would you be able to point me in the
right direction?

If you go to Tools > Form options, the very first category is Browser
- then there are a couple checkboxes under the header Toolbars...maybe
if you uncheck Show toolbar at top of form? Not completely sure this
will work for you but its worth a try

Hi Faraz, even i am facing same issue in production, i did try the suggestion replied by other guys but it didnt work.

even i told my client to create the form and simulate issue.

can you send your sampel xsn file as an attachment on my email id (e-mail address removed) , i'll get the solution.

I am having the exact same issue and am also trying to create a suggestion box. The removing header does not work. Anyone else have a solution to this?
