Remove Tabs

Jasper Recto

Is there a way to remove all the tabs in a document all at once?

Thanks,
Jasper

If you're sure you want to do this, open Find and Replace (Ctrl+H), type ^t
in the "Find what" box and leave the "Replace with" box empty. That will
replace tab *characters.*

If what you really wanted was to remove tab *stops,* then Ctrl+A to select
the entire document, then open Format | Tabs and click Clear All. The
default tab stops at 0.5" intervals (or whatever other interval you have
set) will remain/be restored.
