Remove text from emails automatically

Hello there

I have to print-out a lot of automated emails which are all in the same
format, which have a lot of unnecessary text in them. Every email takes 1.5
A4 pages at normal settings.

I have reduced the text and margin size as much as possible. This has made
some improvement.

My other idea is to do a "Find and Replace" on the text and get rid of some
of the unnecessary text. What I'd like to know is if it's possible to do the
following:

1. Email arrives and is moved to a folder with a normal rule
2. When the email arrives in that folder a new one is created with all the
text from the original
3. A "Find and Replace" is done to remove all the unwanted text
4. The new email is saved in the appropriate folder (a different one from
the one where the original one arrived)

Would be glad to hear of any ideas - solving this would be a major help.
