remove text from picture in word 2007 before turning to pdf

In Word 97-2003, you could right click on a picture, go to format picture,
then text, and it would show you the path of where the picture was taken
from. You could remove this text from there. Then when you turned the
document into a pdf, and hover over the picture with your curser, the path
where the picture was taken from would not be shown.

This does not seem to be the case in Word 2007. If you right click on the
picture and go to format picture, there is no text showing to remove.

Is this a feature somewhere else that I am missing.

If the picture was inserted as a link, then select it and use Ctrl+Shift+F9
to sever the link and embed it in the document.
