Remove the "Add contact picture" button from contacts edit window?

I wish to remove the big button labeled "Add contact picture" from the
toolbar inside Outlook's contact edit window.

I don't want to post contact photos in Outlook. The huge button takes up a
lot of room, right in the middle of the window.

How can I remove the button labeled "Add contact picture"? Thanks!
