remove the header from the email

I need to print out of bunch of emails they were forwarded to me. I want make
sure when I print out the email the header with my name is not shown.

To remain anonymous or to avoid your e-mail address being displayed, I
suggest you copy an paste the e-mail into Notepad and edit out the parts you
don't want included.

At present you are using Memo Style. You, therefore need to change this
to: Table Style - by going to:

File, Print, Table Style
