Remove the Junk E-mail Folder???

I am begining to deploy Outlook 2003 to users in an
Exchange environment that already has a very good spam
solution in place. Several of my users are getting
confused between their real junk mail folder, and the one
that Outlook 2003 creates automatically. Is it possible to
remove this folder?

I haven't found a way to remove this component. Isn't it possible to let the
other spam filter put the messages in the Junk E-mail folder instead?
