remove tiling in custom banners

I have a banner designed and it needs to be sent to the printer without being
displayed in several pages.

Setup a custom size in your PDF software that corresponds to the size of your
banner. Take the pursuant PDF to your publisher.
If you have Office 2007 there is a PDF add-in on the Microsoft Office download
web site. Not sure if you can designate a size however.
