Remove username and password

I have a customer with a mailing list that has a username
and password associated with each record. The correct
username and password is not know and I get a scripting
error in Outlook 2003. How do I remove this?

I am thinking I can remove it Outlook 2000 and then open
it back up in Outlook 2003 and it should be good.
