remove using passcode to access outlook 2007

somehow I had message that needed to enter passcode to access personal files
when entering Outlook 2007 every time. How can I remove that need to enter
passcode when signing in? A box come up that asks for passcode before I can
get mail to show.

Perhaps I should also have said also if you password protected the data
file, then once OL is running look at Properties of Personal Folders and
remove the password
