Remove "Work with Outlook"

My client would like to remove the "Work with Outlook" option on the Home
Page. I have found enough information to know that the URL needs to be
changed to include "&NoBanter=1" however, I cannot find where to make this
change. When I go to Server Configuration/Menus via the Admin Page, the
Custom URL field is yellowed out (ie, I cannot edit it). Any ideas?

I think there is a permission within P2003 to remove it, or you can modify
the PWA home page via the PWA admin page. Haven't got a P2003 server handy
to check :(

Thanks for the response-
I am not able to locate a permission for this.
Via the Admin page, I can go to Server Configuration/Menus which shows a URL
field for each PWA page, however, it is not editable.

Still stumped-
