Remove_Hide Toolbars in Protected Word Template

L

lots of questions

I would like to remove or hide some of the toolbars in protected
documents...I would also like to hide the vba editor....I realize I can
lock/hide this in a protected document, but some of the documents have
built-in "unlock" features and upon unlocking - the editor can be accessed.
Can I hide it and make it accessible with a key combination when I need to
work on it? best regards

You can customize the toolbars and keyboard shortcuts for a specific document -
just make sure you're saving the changes you're making to that document (and
not Normal.dot or another template).

This won't prevent the user seeing the document in the VB-Editor, however, as
he could open the VB-Editor while viewing another document. You can password
protect the VBA project, though, so that no one else can view it. Look
Tools/Properties/Protection when your form's project is selected in the
VB-Editor.
