You'll have to find where the border is. It is probably on the master
slide. Go the View menu and choose Master and Slide Master. You should be
able to click on the object that makes up the border and delete it.

I guess I should have been more specific. This is an organizational chart
in PowerPoint. I am not the author of the original so I'm not sure how it
was set up. I have been editing it, but taking the border out is stumping
me. Can you help with this?
Does the Org chart have a border, or is the border around the edges of the
slide? You haven't mentioned the version of PowerPoint you are using. Can you
tell us now?
