Removing a circular reference in a worksheet

We use a macro program as a tool for timecards at my place of employment. One of the worksheets pops up with a "Circular Reference" problem. What can I do to remove that reference so Excel can calculate the timesheet?

Hi
you may post the formula which has the circular reference in it.
Depending on your specification it could make sense to use a circular
reference.
