As Rod noted, you can delete a custom view with the organizer, but then
it's gone. You will not be able to "hide" anything from others unless
you password protect the file, (but then others can't open it at all
unless they have the password), or you can save a separate copy for your
eyes only and delete the stuff you don't want others to see in the
general user version of the file.
