Removing a shared user

I just took over a position where I am scheduling for my boss. The
former scheduler has left and her e-mail address is no longer.

The problem is when I send out an appointment and someone confirms,
they get a return e-mail saying that the recipient is not available,
and the recipient referenced is the former employee. How do I get her
out of the confirmation e-mails?

In the share calender window I've removed her name from the
permissions...anywhere else that I am missing her name?
